If you have an active Norton subscription then you can update your Norton product (earlier version) to the latest version any time without any cost. You can update your Norton product in the following two ways:-

- Update Norton From Your Norton Account: If you have an active Norton subscription then you can easily update your earlier version of Norton product to the latest version of your Norton account.
- First, you need to sign in to your Norton account.
- If you have forgotten the password of your Norton account then reset it and sign in to the Norton account using new credentials. Here is the way of how to reset your Norton account password.
- Click Update next to the Norton product that you want to upgrade in the Devices page, under the device name.
- If you already have the latest version installed then the update option will not be visible.
- Update Norton From Norton Update Center: To download and install the latest version of Norton security product, you can also go to the Norton Update Center for Windows and follow the steps as given below. On the other hand side, Norton product for Mac can be updated only from your Norton account.
- Go to the Norton Update Center.
- Click Update Me Now.
- Download the program manually if the download does not start automatically.
- On the File Download - Security Warning window, click Run.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
